I’ve been taking Reformer classes for 6 months and consider myself a new student of Pilates. I ordered this manual so that I could review exercises before classes (I’m an overachiever!) and track my progress. This manual has already helped me to identify areas that I can work on and has increased my understanding of the exercises. The photos are high quality and illustrate body positions in excellent detail. I love how Ms. Wilks, the author, has organized the information for each exercise into easy-to-follow sections. I am going to order the Mat Work Manual Level One next and progress from there. These manuals are helpful for both instructors and students. Love this series – Get them all!!!
